尊敬的各位ILT学员：
根据ILT总部的规定，ILT证书有效期为五年，从2003年ILT首次在国内开考以来，目前已有部分学员的证书陆续到期。为了保持ILT证书的持续有效，现就ILT证书更新工作通知如下：
一、证书更新申请需提交的资料
1．申请人填写《ILT证书更新申请表》（见附件1）；
2．申请人必须提交申请资料（见附件2）；
二、证书更新流程
1．证书更新每年2次，学员申请的截止日期为6月30日和12月30日，
2．ILT各级别证书更新费300元/人。
3．ILT在收到申请资料后一个月内回复审核确认。
4．更新证书在资料确认后两个月内发放。

申请人必须提交资料(In Support of your application you need to submit)：
对您首次获得ILT证书五年来的个人从业简历以及职业发展（CPD）说明(Your Curriculum Vitae and Continuing Professional Development Plan for the last 5 years after the ILT Certification- Guidance Notes)。
在您的申请中需要包含以下内容(What needs to be included with your application)。
- 您目前的职位——请描述您的工作(Your Current Position - Please Describe Your Job)
- 您目前的职位以及您在单位中的职责 (Your current job position and your responsibilities in your organization)。
- 阅读的有关物流和运输的杂志以及专业书籍 (Having read appropriate logistics and transport news items, journals and professional publications)。
- 参加有关专业会议和专题报告会(Attendance at relevant meetings and professional seminars)。
- 参加由ILT或其他相关机构举办的有关物流和运输的研究会、专题讨论会和学术报告会等(Attendances of conferences, seminars and workshops on logistics and transport including-but not exclusively - those arranged by ILT)。
- 向您的同行提供当前物流和运输的实践信息(Providing information to your peers on current practices in logistics and transport)。
- 您持证五年来的职业经历(Your Career History in the Past Five Years)
- 简要介绍您曾经工作过的公司、职位、工作时间、职责以及其他相关信息，还包括您认为比较重要的成果(Give brief details of previous companies, job titles, dates of employment, responsibilities, and any other relevant information, including any notable achievements, you consider should support your application for the past 5 years.)。
- 您持证五年来的教育或培训经历(Your Education and Training in the Past Five Years)。
作为申请证书更新程序的一部分，我们要求ILT证书申请人掌握物流与运输的最新发展状况。持续职业发展（CPD）计划是更新证书的重要途径，内容将直接影响评估结果。我们建议您认真填写(As part of the process of applying for ILT Certificate Renewal, holders of ILT Certificates are required to remain current with developments in logistics and transport. This CPD plan is an important route and opportunity for your certificate renewal, and will result directly in your renewal status. We suggest you complete this report with enough care.)。
